Maickel Telussa

Maickel Telussa is a passionate and seasoned DJ known for his infectious blend of funky and energetic house music. Inspired by his DJ father, Maickel began his musical journey in the attic, honing his craft night after night. His big break came after connecting with Pronti and Kalmani, which opened doors to a series of club and festival gigs across Europe.

Over the years, Maickel has played at renowned events such as Parade (Germany), Sunrise Festival (Poland), Dance Valley (Netherlands), Crazyland (Netherlands), and Independence Festival (Poland). For ten years, he was a resident DJ at the iconic Club Filemon & Baucis in Utrecht, where he helped shape the Dutch club scene.

Currently, Maickel is a regular guest dj at Escape Amsterdam, one of the country’s most prestigious clubs, and a regular performer at the popular 1999 events in Amsterdam. His international appeal has also taken him abroad to countries like Poland, where his high-energy sets are always in demand.

Maickel is a member of the Starguardz collective, contributing to the group with his own funky house productions and a regular radioshow that showcases his signature sound. He also collaborates with respected Dutch producers such as Patrick Tijssen, Asino di Medico, Block & Crown, and Luca Debonaire, continually pushing the boundaries of house music.

He is the founder and owner of Cacique Records and HouseFanatics Music, two labels that reflect his deep love for quality house sounds.

Maickel’s DJ sets are energetic, emotional, and impossible to ignore—delivering a powerful mix of club, funky, and classic house that consistently takes dance floors to their peak.
